Joe Stowe |
Joe Stowe - Owner and President
Joe Stowe has been in the HVAC industry since 1980. He began his career in the field of microelectronics in Pheonix. Later on he oversaw large commercial projects in Las Vegas, when that city was enjoying tremendous growth.
Over the years he has learned every aspect of the HVAC business, especially the value of GREAT Customer Service!
Joe has been in East Texas for 15 years. Raised in the west, he married one of our local girls and made East Texas his home in the early 90's. He is the proud father of three boys, one attending UT Tyler, one attending TJC, and one serving Chapel Hill and surrounding areas as an EMT/Firefighter.
A long-time member of his church, Joe is very active in everything from mission work to bringing the donuts. He's has been to Haiti to help the people there, and he continues to work on ideas to help that impoverished country.
Joe built a few houses in the area including the one he and his boys currently live in.

Jamey Brackett |
Jamey Brackett- Service Manager
Jamey Brackett has extensive training and work experience in residential, commercial and industrial Refrigeration including ice machines, walk-ins and large industrial chiller applications. He has experience with all aspects of Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and HVAC applications for single and multiple story commercial buildings, residential and custom homes.
Jamey possesses extensive knowledge and training in Energy Management System installation and service. He is certified and trained in all makes, models, and brands of high efficiency heat pumps and air conditioners. Bottom line, Jamey is an expert in saving commercial and residential property owner’s money!
Jamey’s goal is to provide all our customers with exceptional customer service and comfort at a price that’s fair. He continues to stay educated in all the latest advancements in HVAC technology, and he oversees the training of all StoneBridge Heating & Air service technicians.
Jamey received his certifications in Industrial Electricity, Electronics and Microcomputer Repair from Southern Oklahoma Area Votech and Oklahoma State University.
Although born and raised in Oklahoma, Jamey has lived in Chandler for the past 18 years with his wife Shannon, a nurse at ETMC, and son Hunter. Hunter is active in Brownsboro Little Dribblers, UIL Spelling Competition and the Gifted and Talented program at Chandler Elementary in Brownsboro Independent School District.

Luis Osollo |
Luis Osollo - HVAC Systems Design Specialist
Luis Osollo has been with StoneBridge Heating & Air from its beginning. With a focus on the Hispanic Division, Luis seeks to provide full service to his clients, from evaluation and options to design and continued customer support.
With 10 years experience in direct sales, Luis was trained by international companies such as Lennox, American Standard and Royal Prestige. Prior to his sales experience, Luis worked for GMC, FMC and Chrysler.
Luis has been living in Tyler, TX for 10 years. He enjoys country life including cattle raising.
